Laura is the master of calmness from her voice to her touch. Reiki is an interesting one as it’s a hands off treatment apart from the beginning and the end. I went to Laura for a reiki session having experienced a little bit of reiki before during a massage. I would have never booked a Reiki session on its own before this, dismissing it as being 'fluffy' and not for me, but I need to learn to be more open minded as I could really feel the energy through my body that time without actually being touched. My session with Laura did not disappoint. I felt that energy again, at one point my head was cradled in her hands but I could feel the energy throughout my shoulders, neck and upper back, where I carry most tension.... As said, I don't understand it, but it works. Laura was kind, professional, made me feel so comfortable and I'm looking forward to continuing my Reiki journey with her and exploring the other treatments she offers.
