Access Bars

what is access bars?

Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with 32 specific points on the head, each connected to different aspects of life such as stress, emotions, creativity, control, communication and self-belief.

During a session, these points are lightly touched to help release stored mental and emotional patterns. This can include thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and decisions that may be limiting you, often without you even realising it.

As these energetic charges begin to soften and clear, many people experience a sense of deep relaxation, mental quiet and greater clarity. With less internal noise, there is more space for ease, awareness, and possibility.

It allows you to turn down the constant inner chatter that tells you you are not enough, or that change is hard or impossible. Access Bars can support you in gently letting go of what no longer serves you, allowing you to reconnect with a sense of openness, self-trust and the life you know is possible.

What does Access Bars feel like?

Every Access Bars session is unique, as each person brings different needs, energy, and intentions. There is no set or “typical” experience, and sessions can feel different each time, even when working with the same practitioner.

What many people notice is a deep sense of relaxation, often described as similar to meditation but without the effort. It is common to drift into sleep, even in busy or noisy surroundings.

Some people experience gentle sensations such as warmth, tingling, buzzing, light twitches, or waves of energy, while others may notice images, emotions, or simply a feeling of calm, stillness & lightness.

It’s like a reset for mind and body.

access bars for business & performance

Running a business or performing well at work is not just about skills and strategy, it is also shaped by mindset, stress levels, and the beliefs we carry about success, money, visibility and self-worth.

Access Bars works by gently calming the mental and emotional patterns that can create pressure, self-doubt, overthinking, and burnout. During a session, the light touch on the Bars points can help release stored beliefs and internal narratives such as “I’m not good enough,” “I have to work harder than everyone else,” or “I can’t switch off.”

As the mind becomes quieter, many people notice:

  • Greater mental clarity and focus

  • Reduced stress and nervous system overload

  • Improved decision-making without second-guessing

  • Increased confidence and ease around work and finances

  • A healthier relationship with productivity and rest

With fewer internal blocks and less mental noise, it can become easier to access creativity, stay present and respond to challenges rather than react from stress. This can support more aligned action, clearer communication and a stronger sense of trust in yourself and your abilities.

Access Bars does not replace practical business tools or professional development. Instead, it supports the internal conditions that allow you to use your skills more effectively, perform with greater ease and move forward without carrying unnecessary pressure.
