Group Auricular Acupuncture
While individual sessions are beneficial, NADA is often practiced in a gentle group setting, creating a calm, non-judgmental environment that enhances shared healing and support, connection and community and offers a lower cost way to experience the transformative benefits of acupuncture. The communal experience itself deepens the sense of calm and grounding.

During a session, you’ll be seated or laying down comfortably while five small, sterile needles 'points' are gently placed in each ear.
You’ll then rest quietly for around 30–45 minutes while the treatment takes effect. The experience is peaceful and grounding, and many clients describe a sense of stillness, calm, or emotional release.

You don’t need to talk or “do” anything — just rest and allow your system to reset.

We offer chair sessions for a maximum of 10 people and mat sessions for a maximum of 5 lasting 1 ¼ hours so you can choose the setting that suits you best.

After the points have been removed there is the option of a mug of detox tea or a glass of mineral water before you go about the rest of your day.

Courses can be booked in advance and will run in blocks of 6.

If you’re new to Auricular Acupuncture, I’m happy to start with a gentle one-to-one session to introduce you, and if you’d like, transition into a supportive group environment as you're ready.
