Below you’ll find the pricing for each of the therapies I offer. If you have any questions or would like to discuss a tailored package for yourself, friends or corporations, please get in touch.​
initial Consultation
During your first appointment, appointment, we’ll take time to discuss your individual needs and explore which therapies might best support your wellbeing. However both Reiki and the Auricular Acupuncture work just as well as non-verbal treatments if you feel you need support but don't want or can't talk about what is going on for you.

You’re welcome to come for just one treatment, but both Reiki and auricular acupuncture tend to offer the most effective and lasting results when experienced as a series of sessions. Many clients find that after at least three treatments, they begin to notice meaningful improvements, not only in their main concerns but often in unexpected ways, such as better sleep, reduced stress, or greater emotional balance.

Throughout your course of treatments, we’ll regularly review your progress to ensure you’re receiving the maximum benefit. If at any point either of us feel that a particular therapy isn’t right for you or we’re not seeing the results we hope for, we can discuss alternative options and avoid prolonging treatment unnecessarily.

reiki
IN PERSON

An energy healing session to promote deep relaxation, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. ​​In person sessions held at Cholsey Complimentary Health Centre or at The Wellum Clinic in Thame.​

DISTANCE HEALING

Distance Reiki is a one-to-one remote healing session where the practitioner uses intention, visualisation, and Reiki techniques to channel energy to you wherever you are, offering the same benefits as in-person Reiki, from the comfort of your own home.
auricular acupuncture

A gentle and effective treatment using fine needles or ear beads to support emotional balance, stress relief, and nervous system regulation.

group sessions
Experience the benefits of NADA acupuncture in a calming, supportive group environment. Group sessions enhance healing through shared connection.

Chair sessions cost £25 per session and mat sessions cost £30 per session at the Wellum Clinic in Thame.

essential oil therapy

A personalised aromatherapy session using high-quality essential oils to support your physical and emotional health. Includes guidance on using oils safely at home.
